I know there's no love between Munich(Jurgen) and (Dortmund) , and this would never happen, bu what type of investment would it take to have their academy director run the US's program.

If anything, we need to model the USSF on the DFB. Germany's emphasis on youth is due to decisions the DFB made in 2000, which are showing fruition now.
