best time i've ever had watching it was in oshkosh wisconsin at the EAA airventure air show. one of their main sponsors is ford, who every year put up a massive, maybe 3 story tall?, blow up outdoor movie screen called fly-in theater to show different aviation themed films on. everybody brings lawn chairs or sits on the grass in the open, with night sky above. and every year they have people well known introduce a movie that's related to them somehow. like not long ago, cant remember which year, they had harrison ford introduce one of his movies.
anyways in 2007 when i went they showed Apollo 13 and astronaut Jim Lovell introduced the movie before it played. it was pretty badass
