I guess the laws in Alaska are more relaxed for juveniles packing pistols.
Would be illegal here.
ETA: There are exceptions and ways around it though.
As long as she's well trained I guess it's cool.

That's exactly what I thought when I saw "14." I know in LA the law is 17 years old to OC. But then again, Alaska is a constitutional carry state, so you don't even need a CCW. I guess the age for OC is much lower.

I've been waiting on this response and thinking the same thing. Not knocking the idea, but just stating the law.
