Nice rig!

However, we don't live in the bush. Dogs and people are the main concern. Black bears run from a slingshot, brown bears are only around for a few weeks in the early spring, and the moose are easily avoided (not going to drop one of those big bastards with any pistol anyway).

That said, your rig looks very functional. Tell me more about it, especially the holster. That looks perfect for when we do go out into the bush. You've got my interest.

My advice, as suggested by others on here, is to take her to a gun store and let her hold some full sized 9mms.

The reason I suggest the M&P is because they have interchangeable back straps for different sized hands. The "small" one is very very slim and would be perfect for her I assume. Or you can check out Kahr's line of handguns. They are single-stack and provide a great slim grip.

Have a Daddy/Daughter day and go to the gun store. You will be sure to find some good stuff.

5 shot, .357, .44 Mag and .45 LC. It good for a novelty, but that's it. You can get one more round in a much smaller package with a revolver. Or just pack this bad boy:

30 rounds of .308.
