I hear you. I'm well aware that I live in a very red state. LA is the only poli board admin that I'm aware of. I haven't tracked his actions at all, but I have seen him start several threads that indicate he has a pretty conservative bias. I think the board would benefit from having another admin with a more liberal or neutral mindset to negate any bias. Just my 2 cents on the matter.

Why is it colleges don't do this to make their faculties more diverse?

You might be more welcomed on the SR Politics board. My banishment there tells me that's true. Just sayin'.
