Takes two people, but me and my brother have this too an art. I rope the head, he ropes a hind leg. We pull in opposite directions but allow them to move backwards out the door. I pin him down with a knee to the neck and he hog ties them. Its a blast.

I hog hunted with some guys that would do it similiar to that. They sold the live hogs to some ranch in Texas. This was years ago before the problem over there was as bad as it is now.
