Carr will face Marshall. And yes he will shut him down as Dallas has done each week. And ware will be all over cutler all night. IMO. Roll with Torrey. Hes full of emotion.

Opponents are completing over 70% passing against Cleveland since Joe Haden went down, compared to less than 50% when he was in. Dallas has been shutting down recievers

Carr is obviously their cb1 and will probably be matched up against Marshall, still I wouldn't be worried about either of them shutting down Marshall. Marshall is a better/different receiver than Jackson. Jackson has never had more than 68 catches in a single season, while Marshall has gone over 100 reception on more than one occasion and catches at least 85 receptions every year. That being said, Ware is probably going to kill Cutler. It's still a tough decision to make though because Torrey Smith is not very consistent, more of a big play receiver than a possession guy like Marshall.
Just a point a reference, Jackson had 9 games last season with less than 50 yards. These games were against secondaries such as Detroit, Oakland, Denver, Minnesota and others of that ilk. He isn't a very consistent player regardless of match up, so it's hard to base a opinion on who is a good cornerback off of the fact that they shut down Vincent Jackson.
