well let me say that scouting out players and what they're doing does take focus and work
for example, i got klay thompson when his situation improved. i knew what he was doing b/c i had been keeping track of him.
now rubio i got via waiver steal, but i would have regardless of the system b/c i saved my top waiver priority for just that situation

I drafted Klay Thompson..i was a believer.
ETA--I agree with Phan's point about FA streaming..The fact that one guy can be on 3 teams in a week is laughable.
Locking people into a FA p/u for the week will make the FA moves more of a big deal.
Thoughts on this proposal? Seems like a comprimise to several of the rule suggestions.
FA pool is on waivers all week. Waivers run Sunday night. All day monday can add/drop w/o waivers. Waivers lock start of game 1 on Monday.
