They were fired up and gave us their best shot.

Copeland's remarks reminded the Auburn D to stand up, and stand up they did. Didn't see many missed tackles like I was seeing last week when I watched them play ULM. They were sticking our backs.

That Auburn team LSU faced last night would have destroyed ULM.

Tigers: keep you mouths shut and stop posting stupid shite on twitter. Let your play on the field do your talking.

Fans: mature and realize that everybody's going to give us their best shot, and that most SEC teams have NFL talent sprinkled throughout their rosters, and that NFL talent, when motivated, can embarrass LSU's NFL talent those players aren't focused and motivated.

We saw a little of that last night.

I'm just glad the Tigers won and I think that if they can learn from their mistakes last night, this game can go a long way toward helping LSU fans enjoy a successful season.

Our fanbase is passionate and has a want to win big things.

I think scheduling 3 cupcakes in a row didn't help LSU develop that much. Rather it instilled a sense of 'we can beat teams by showing up'. In the SEC, or at least the top 2/3rds of the league, that philosophy doesn't fly.
