Hmm... Perhaps some type of heating/chill water. Black paint may be the only cost effective remedy.

We just spent 11 billionty on stadium renovations. I would assume we could afford to relocate a pipe......or is it really a pipe.....hmmmmmm

Someone should check with the athletic department to see how much they'd charge us to hang a sign from it that says "Chicken Memorial Pipe". I bet the rant could raise that pretty quickly.

Probably just potable water. If it were HHW/CHW it would be insulated and likely black or white.
