I'm going to disagree a little here. Florida is rotating a LOT of players on defense. I think you saw the effect of that in the second half of Tennessee (which is something we're used to seeing as LSU fans). Yes, so far Florida has made great adjustments at halftime in back-to-back games. But they are also wearing down the opposing lines.
So what intrigues me about the Florida game is this: for the past two seasons, I have felt very good in big games if we were close at halftime, even if too close for comfort, because I knew we were wearing the other team out. Frankly, I was disappointed to see USC go down because I was hoping to see us do that to them in Miami. With Florida, I don't think that recipe will work as well. Florida is a team we're going to have to beat straight up. I think we will, but this is going to be a tough, tough game.
