happy's is just a bar .. how someone chooses to use it is up to them .. running tabs is just fricking stupid .. what's the benefit ? it takes you all of 12 seconds to pull cash out of your pocket each time .. hell, if you don't have cash, throw your card down every time and close the tab after every drink .. i am sure happy's has done some dumb shite with tabs .. but i am sure more often than not, it is the customer that does dumb shite with their tabs and are either too drunk to remember what they did the next morning or have no idea they paid for the table next to them too ..
