I had them at my place in Baton Rouge and couldn't really tell any difference. They look exactly like our crawfish.
Biggest problem was trying to sell them during times when local crawfish isn't available. Most people thought they were chinese so I had to show them the live ones before they would try.

I can definitely taste a difference but it's been years since I tried them.....and yes trying to sell people crawfish in Sept does throw up a red flag.

For sure that's a MISS!! You probably shouldn't have shown that pic. Really? You think those are legit crawfish? Where are you from?
