S&W M&P15 Sport Ejection Port Dust Cover/Upgrades

I am the proud, new owner of an AR15 (thanks to the Second Amendment Tax Holiday this weekend). Was wondering if anyone on here knew a way to put a dust cover on one, since the factory no longer includes it on the Sport model.
If anyone has any other suggestions for some basic upgrades a first-time owner should know about, any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have nothing to add about dust covers, but I love my SW AR15. It is the M&P and has the dust cover. My cousin has the sport model and likes it a lot.

I don't think there is any way to mount one. They left the entire receiver smooth, devoid of a dust cover and forward assist, to increase production and lower cost, hence, the sport was born at an affordable price.
That being said, it's really not all that necessary unless you are in Afghanistan. You'll be just fine as long as you aren't throwing sand all over the bolt.
Enjoy your new rifle!

This is pretty much my opinion as well. I rarely think to close my dust cover on mine when I am in outdoors with it. It is for more extreme dust exposure.

Thanks guys. Looking forward to taking it out to the range this weekend.
