Who is a good fight for Ward now? Sergio Mart. to
fight at a catch weight, once or if he beats Junior.
would would like to see Andre Dirrell fight Ward

Wanted to bet on this fight but didn't have enough in my account to make it worth it.

It's pretty much widely expected that JCC Jr is moving up in weight after next weekend's fight vs Martinez regardless of whether he wins or loses. So if he can somehow pull the upset next weekend, I think Ward vs JCC Jr would be the fight. It would be the biggest pay day available for either fighter. Even if JCC JR loses next weekend but makes it competitive, it may still be the biggest money fight at SMW for Ward.
I fully expect Martinez to win next weekend though. He would be small at Super MW, so not sure of he would move up in weight to fight Ward. But he has been screaming for big money fights before he retires (says he only has a couple of more fights left), so he might be willing to move up if he can't land a fight with Canelo or Mayweather/Manny Pac.
Other than those and assuming JCC JR loses next weekend and doesn't get the next shot at Ward because of that, then I wouldn't be surprised if Ward rematches Carl Froch. Froch just impressively won the other SMW world championship by wiping out Lucian Bute (who was considered the 2nd best SMW at the time). Ward vs Froch II is pretty much the only other fight that would make sense at SMW.

Who the hell scheduled this big fight for tonight?
if this fight is 2 weeks ago the viewership quadruples.
You're wrong, they don't schedule big fights in July and August on purpose. Most people don't stay home on Satuday nights during the summer. Pretty sure its been this way since fights first started getting televised.

Martinez is possible and would be an awesome fight but personally I would rather see him fight a hungry up and comer true super middleweight(the guy I have in mind is George Groves look him up). And Martinez stay at middleweight
