have you hear that Parrish will no longer be bottling? Guys at marcellos said he was expecting more but the guy at phillipes said he talked to the owner yesterday and was told they were going to stop bottling for a while.

That wouldn't surprise me. When I talked to him 3 weeks ago, he said that they are so swamped with keeping up with the draft Canebrake in NO and BR, that they can't bottle nearly the amount they want to. So it ends up getting put on the backburner and Laffyette gets a little bit. He's got 2 more fermenters ordered to help keep up with the demand and so he can make the other beers that he wants to make. It's a good problem to have, but he does want to venture out beyond Canebrake.
