Dude, I'm sorry about your refrigerator. I really am. And, not having power. That sucks. But, maybe they are working hard and it takes more than a minute to get to your place. And, maybe their computers are screwed up. Or, they got bad data. There was just a hurricane, afterall.

I really don't know how the computers work, but I noticed some people who had power earlier were listed as not having it. I would imagine it is using some sort of resistance calculation, or old fashioned homeowners calling in.
Most people won't call in a downed line after a hurricane so that is why the crews have to go around and find them.

This power went out yesterday before the storm even came close. We're talking 5PM. They been evaluating ever since.
