I am more toward the front and I noticed today that my house is not built up as high on my lot as houses in the back so I guess the front must be a good bit higher.

I think a big part of the flooding is that the two ponds finally filled up and overflowed and there is just no where for the water to go

It's about a foot higher. I know that some people on the homeowner's association were fussing at one time about newer homes in the back sections being built using more fill. Good thing no one listened or some might have water in them today.
