If I had to guess, the letters went straight from a flatbed to the upper deck concourse.
Posters might have seem them while they were still on the truck.

Pretty sure that's what happened. They had man-lift thing up there moving something around.

Letters were on the ground, they are HUGE! Gold letters outlined in purple.
