VC, you are pretty adamant today that TM7 will never play again for LSU (which differs from Red's info).

Would you categorize your opinion as "TM7 will never play football at LSU again"....OR....."At this point, TM7 will never play football at LSU again."

Also, when is the last "update" you got from your source?...Last weekend?...This week? Is it possible that things changed over the weekend and during this week when TM started leaning towards not transfering?

FWIW, I believe you and Red both have solid info, but I also think that this is a moving target...I think things change and will continue to change as this whole situation progresses over the next 6-12 months (and considering people are involved, things could change a lot depending upon XYZABCD).

If I had a gun to my head, and had to answer this one with my best answer, I'd say the latter. Since I'm not the one that has anything to do with the decisions at all, I am certainly in no position to say absolutely, concretely, definitely, that he will never play again at LSU. Anything COULD happen.

Earlier this week. As I said above, I am not in that position to answer this...I can only say that the information I have says there is more to this than most people know, and that it got to point where "enough is enough"....at some point you cut the line. I do know that LSU wants what is best for him, but doesn't want him back apart of this team. Also, LSU did not make this decision lightly, is pretty firm with its decisions in general, and changing it would set a bad precedent....or so believed.

Now, back to opinion...I don't know if Red is starting to believe the same thing or not....or even open to it......but I could definitely see Tm going in the April draft (assuming he stays clean).

Sorry I can't give you more......

I'm going to ignore VC from now on since he knows how old I am & what kind of a degree I have: that makes him wayyy too smart for me. But the Fox reporter who "broke" the rehab story last nite was on at noon & said that TM is now taking classes OL as well as participating in the rehab program. When pushed as to how long a "normal" program lasts, she said that is there is no "normal" but the average can be 28 days or so. She claims to have known TM's adopted father for yrs & that is why she was able to have direct access to the family. She plans to make a trip over to Houston in a few wks & if permitted, see how he is doing. So, if that is the case & the program last 30 days or so, what does he do afterwards, red?
