On 24/7 they have Texas AM as the favorite for Chris Hardemann and shows him attending UTs camp after committing? Whats the deal?

be prepared for it, coaches don't want him.

Why did they accept the commitment?

I have never been a big fan of slow playing recruits but with the amount of really good DB's in 2014 that are interested in LSU maybe they should

They've never had Hardeman listed as a commit for some reason

I think Hardeman was a take only because Prevot was supposed to be packaged w him

False. The staff passed on Prevot even before that camp. It's why Hardeman showed up but Prevot didn't

Prevot was on campus the day Hardeman committed. Even met with Les after Hardeman committed. I think they passed at that camp once they saw how he didn't work out.

When Hardeman committed it was never reported by 247 and actually has shown texas a&m as the favorite since that day. I want to say I remember it being reported though on the td home page and tweeted by shea and some other guys. Have heard nothing to change that since

Word was he surprised the coaches with the commitment and they weren't going to turn him down in person like that. There are lots of players higher on the board.

247 has listed TAMU as the favorite for the pass 6 months. 247 never showed Hardeman as a commit.

Nothing against the kid...but I wouldn't be upset if he decommitted. And quite frankly, I wouldn't be surprised either. His commitment was odd and out of the blue. And with all the DBs we are in the thick with are hands down better than Hardeman imo. Just don't see how we would have room for Hardeman if we get all the guys we want.
Voorhies
Brown
Paris
Simmons
Hootie
That's off the top of my head. Let me know if I'm leaving someone off. There's also the Alexander kid from JC. Although I don't know how high we are on him yet.

Let's make this multiple choice:
A. 247 only lists the LSU recruits that are top five in their respective state.
B. Hardeman is using LSU to get better offers and a higher ranking (Similar to what Kyrion Parker did).
C. LSU was using Hardeman to get Prevot so his commitment isn't firm.
D. We may never really know. It's a long way to February of 2014. This might be a situation where things will just work out for everyone involved.
If neither Hardeman or LSU seem to be worried about it, why should we be?

if he is ranked number 12 in the state of texas then he is worth the offer
