She has no duty to kill Stannis. That is vengeance, not justice. It just doesn't fit her character. Her duty is to save Sansa, when Stannis told her to "do her duty", it probably hit her like a truck that she in fact wasn't doing said duty.
She is carrying a sword named Oathkeeper for gods sake. Her entire plot is currently focused on duty.

The frick? She was sworn to protect Renly and she knows it was Stannis that killed him. That's another oath she took too. One she got just revenge for. The Mannis is dead bro.
