There is definitely some smoke there to that. But I just don't know if the time table lines up with it. Although the time table would be the same if Jon's parants were Ned and Ashara, which is what Catelyn believed.
If Brandon did bed Ashara during the tournament, that would've been a pretty dick move by him since he had just tried to setup Ned with Ashara.

If Brandon got Ashara pregnant at the tourney, he would have still been alive when she gave birth. Their child would be told old to be Jon Snow.
