You mean besides Stannis, Davos, Dany, Tyrion, Brienne, Jaime, Bran, Sansa?
He's not going to have Tyrion escape certain death multiple times and travel all the way to Dany just to die in the next book, that would be a total waste of time.
Much like Jon will be alive, because otherwise it's just a complete waste of time.
Every death of a major character has served a purpose in the greater plot, be it Ned, Robb, Joffery, Tywin, The Red Viper, and so on. Even the largely worthless plot with the Dornish Prince and the dragons will likely lead to Dorne joining up with Aegon.
