Not sure if you guys have seen this but this guy who came up with the chronological re-read order has hosted copies of the books that have been edited in re-read order (epubs and .pdfs). they ar ethere for the download.
He does try to protect the copyright somewhat by asking some questions to ensure you have the books (which most of us do).

He's made characters die on the toilet before, so why not die in a way that he's made his own characters die?
Anyway, I hope my prediction is totally wrong, but I couldn't resist; no one else had him on their lists.
He also had the first GoT viewing party at his theater and showed the first 3 episodes of S1 for free. Guess George didn't care about the BCS Championship tonight
. If I lived in New Mexico I would be there.
