I read a theory once about how the Blackfish and Ser Barristan had a thing for each other during the War of the Ninepenny Kings and that was why Barry took the white and Blackfish never married.

To me that would nullify the theory, had he known and refused marriage? (to whom?) could be worse?
He was the hero of the War of the Ninepenny Kings, yet no mention in Robert's Rebellion. Where was he?
