Definitely. And I appreciate everyone clarifying for me that some of the posters on the ASOIAF forum are full of a lot of suck ups

It was shocking not seeing people there inquire about GRRM getting off his arse to write because I've seen a lot of people both on here and on IMDb complain about Martin's pacing and inconsistent attitude towards his fanbase. I know OMLandshark posts over there, but how about the rest of you? Or do you all strictly just lurk the threads there?

Yeah, ridiculous suck ups. I got banned for a week once for calling him "Ser Too Fat To Write".

I post over there from time to time, same username, but mostly just lurk. And I pretty much only post on the literature board over there, mostly getting new author ideas or discussing books with said authors as there are a few good authors that actually pop in and discuss their books over there from time to time as well.
I think the discussion on the ASOIAF is generally better in this thread than over there, minus sheer numbers.
