I've been absent from this thread for a while, but has the "Lannister Honeypot" theory been discussed? The books pretty much seem to confirm it as true. Thoughts?

In the book the girl's name was Jeyne Westerling, a family loyal to the Lannisters

I think there was a Westerling/Lannister (moon tea) conspiracy in the book but I don't think Jeyne was complicit in it because she was really in love with Robb Stark.

In the show, she's some medical worker from Volantis that could be secretly sponsored by Tywin/Lannisters as a spy, in which case it's safe to assume she is complicit in the conspiracy.

Yeah in place of Jeynes mother (possibly magically) manipulating Robb into falling in love with Jeyne and then selling out the Northerners to Tywin and the Freys, Talisa is just going to be a Lannister spy who Robb fell in love with (whether this was the plan all along or not I'm not sure) and she's been updating Tywin on Robb's movements and will eventually lead them to their demise at the RW.
