Given the time frame of the vision, it's more likely just a symbol of the four Kings vying for the throne and raping and pillaging Westeros in the process.
The red wedding was one of the visions she saw right after.
All of the room visions seem to either be visions of the past, present, or immediate future. And the visions she got while in the big heart room from the undying themselves seem to all be future visions.
