Whenever Vargo Hoat talks, does anyone else imagine him to talk like Butt-Head? Whenever I think of his appearance, I give him a hybrid of Butt-Head and the hangman from a couple of Mel Brooks films, along with an added goatee.

I always picture him speaking like Lou Holtz with an accent.
