So if he only committed 3 offenses why shouldn't he be allowed to comeback?

If the decision was based on TM not wanting to sit out a year and after a few days of reflection TM decides he wants to take his punishment why is that a problem?

exactly, LSU has absolutely nothing to lose by doing this and both parties have a lot to gain

Obviously not just three offenses. #3 and however many more likely swept under the rug
