Probably not a problem for what it is. I would insist he puts some sort of footing around it, even if it's just a "wedge".

Isn't the level part accomplished at the top, not tha bottom? I am from Washitaugh, the only slump I know of is not finding a sorostitute at the Dugout for three straight weeks.
Pretty sure you wil need more ball bearings than have been talked about previously.
