Did you actually read my initial post? I don't think you did. Because if you had, you would have seen that I nowhere suggested that Miles did the wrong thing by dismissing TM at this point. What I was suggesting - and what obviously escaped your grasp - is that the optimal outcome here would have been to instill discipline in TM and prevent him from repeatedly breaking team rules so that we never reached this impasse in the first place. That would have deserved actual praise.
