Percy Harvin
Jeremy Maclin
Victor Cruz
Kenny Britt
Stevie Johnson
Demaryius Thomas
That is how I rank them, however if Britt ever grows up I think he can be the best of the bunch. I don't trust Cruz to replicate what he did last year.

Even with Manningham gone?
I hope you're right..because that would likely mean Hakeem Nicks is beasting, and I have him on my team

Cruz- Manningham and Steve Smith are gone. By default he'll catch a lot of balls. Showed explosive playmaking ability last year.
Stevie Johnson- Main target in a pass happy offense. Will catch 70 balls easily. I think he approaches 90 this year actually.
Britt- assuming he is healthy, he'll make plays
Maclin- solid option who could break out.
D. Thomas- anything can happen with Manning there. I question whether Peyton will be able to get the ball downfield, but Thomas has good YAC capabilities
Harvin- always injured. One of the players i wont touch unless he drops. Plus he has a shitty QB situation and Peterson who is in limbo at this point.

Cruz top target of elite QB
Maclin redzone target leader on team, playmaking QB
Thomas is an unknown with Manning, but a primary
Percy because a runs and returns, but sub-par QB
Stevie Johnson...groin injured again and it's hindering him....on going injury issue..QB Meh
Britt will get suspended or blow a hammy..not worth it...unknown QB

Cruz is the best of that bunch.
But he isn't Eli's top target.. Nor is Eli an elite QB.
Nicks ran routes today and is on target to play week one.
