Any Whitney or Hancock customers have trouble with Mint recently? My checking and savings accounts quit updating several days and now Mint can't import them after deleting and trying to re-add.

Same issues here. I think it may be a Whitney/Hancock issue. I have to answer a security question every time I log in to my Whitney account. It's been doing that for the past 2 weeks.

Whitney/Hancock mobile banking and e-banking have been down since yesterday, no word on when it'll be fixed.

i had issues with my bank transactions updating since july 20th. I tried updating manually, changing passwords, etc. I emailed Mint support yesterday morning and by the time i checked at home after work, my transactions were working correctly. Just email support.
