I was thinking the same thing and that's probably how that would have come out. I am an absolute pure a-hole about gun safety and god help you if you do something as stupid as an accidental discharge. It's too serious to let slide and it's too damn scary not to react to it immediately.

Some people do not need to touch guns.

Man me too I can't stand watching a TV show with the idiot that just killed an animal, pointing the gun toward the camera man or the guide. I will kick my kids arse if they handle a gun recklessly.

2 stories for you...
First, a friend of mine was at the Iberia Sheriff's Range zeroing in his .308. He's making his adjustments, lines up his next shot, starts pulling the trigger. Suddenly, the scope blacks out. He releases the trigger, looks up, and there's this old man named Lawrence (goes out all the time and doesn't know shite) bending over picking up brass.
2nd, we're at the same range talking with a guy named Bannon. We hear a round being chambered and look down to see some jackass that chambered his AR 15 with it laying on the table while pointed directly at us. Bannon goes on rampage with tons of "fricks" and "dumbasses" and asked how the guy would like it for him to pull his CCW and point it at him.
