My bad. I wasn't talking about you. Just the hunting public as a whole. I didn't read any of the thread before my post.

I know people who have spent a whole bunch of money on big huge bikes when they could have easily gotten by with a two wheel drive 250. You don't want to make the mistake of getting a bike much bigger than you need, just like you don't want to make the mistake of buying a bike smaller than you need.

Gotta think about what's between where you park your truck and where your stand is. If it's 2 miles of horrible arse skitter ruts, yea you probably need a brute force. If it's well groomed mississippi roads, you can do just fine with the smallest 4x4 honda makes.

ETA: Whatever you get, make sure it's a 4x4
