I know this will sound crazy and like a homer, but LSU could not have beaten them, but the way Davey and Reed were clicking along with our D peaking at the right time, we probably would've played them the closest out of anyone that year.

I doubt it's as close as the VT and Boston College games.

I really think the only way anyone would have had a chance against that Miami team was to catch them napping and hope Dorsey was awful.

I see the game turning out pretty similar for anyone who plays them in the title game on the big stage. Just my opinion.

I agree with this. A very close game IMO.
