Looks like crap from the commercial. Why are aliens in this movie?

Was originally named The Neighborhood Watch but they had to change the entire plot/script and name because of the Trayvon Martin shooting.
I don't invest in comedy reviews that much. I'm there for popcorn and laughs. Not to mention, Vince Vaughn is my hero and the new guy Richard Ayoade looks hilarious.
