re: Freeh report source criticizes the NCAA

It's pretty sad when Penn St accepted the penalties and yet people are still complaining they were punished too harshly. I don't hear PSU complaining. They are dealing with it, as they should.

The Freeh report detailed out the most definitive example of "lack of institutional control" the NCAA has ever seen. They had every right to punish when and how they did. If they had investigated further, the most PSU could've gained was status quo. Chances are the penalties would have been worse. In a way they got off easy.
