Close friends of mine that are very close to A player's family were saying in the weeks leading up to 1/9 that Mett would be the first QB off the bench. He was supposedly taking more snaps in the practices leading up to the game than Lee. They were saying Lee had no chance of playing. now I never heard he was injured though. We've also never heard Mett say he was hurt.

Me neither.
I guess we'll have to wait for someone to ask him about it.
Until then, I'm sure the rant can keep from jumping to conclusions.
