If we're talking about current Superman that keeps getting ridiculously buffed, maybe not. Original Superman wouldn't stand a chance against Goku.
Superman has had his powers increased and reduced time and time again. To this point, it's a void imo. You can never have this fight on a even scale. Too many alternates and loose ends.

I think this was discussed earlier in the thread, but were Frieza and SS Goku's power levels 12 mil and 15 mil or 120 mil and 150 mil?

You have to add in there that after Vegeta crushed that last scouter, we don't know exact numbers for power levels. By the end of DBZ, we can only guesstimate at what level everybody is at.
