Herron is still receiving praise from his weekend:
Free from 247-Best of The Opening: Defense
quote:

Herron also impressed analysts with his productivity all weekend. With Herron, you’re not going to get a plethora of spin moves. He’s not going to beat you with technique. But more often than not, he is going to beat you. Herron used good leverage, quickness and willpower to stay in the backfield throughout the weekend in both the run-game drills and pass rush action.

article basically says Frank and Clemson commit Elijah Daniel were the two best 2014 DE there. They rated 2014 Da’Shawn Hand best.

Eddie Vanderdoes was the best DT:
quote:

Vanderdoes was exceptional in the one-on-one drills, displayed an elite quickness and power combination. Now up to 310 pounds, Vanderdoes moves around like he’s in the 250 range. USC and Oregon appear to be in the best shape for his services, but LSU, Penn State, Nebraska and others are strongly in the mix as well.

The Opening: Final Take

quote:

Eddie Vanderdoes, DT- Vanderdoes did not take very many reps over the course of the weekend but when he did, you noticed. The kid generates phenomenal power and explosiveness in a very short distance and no one had the same blend of quick first step and overwhelming power at the point of attack. Though he’s currently listed as a high four-star rated prospect, Vanderdoes looked five-star ready.

What about Da'Shawn Hand? Does he have any interest in us?

Like some of us were saying the other day, appeared to be:

Best DE - Herron
Best DT - Vanderdoes
Best OL - Raulerson (Texas commit)
