No shite... we'd be tied with Arsenal on points and 2 points off of 4th... frick Skrtel's back pass to Reina while we're at it (that one I can live with)

Wow, no way. The sky is falling attitude must be getting the better of me. Really encouraging.
Yeah for real. But the fight back today had the same psychological effect that Everton call would have had. And I think 75% of our problems are in our heads, so its a real good thing.

I didn't even think of that
Or Valencia's dive to win that PK..

Or any one of Suarez's 3897492378 PK's that magically went astray.
Any of Reina's howlers.
Honestly, our season has been one conglomeration of bad luck and mistakes. If we had just half of the decisions or mental errors back we'd be sitting top 4. Thankfully those aren't things you can blame the manager for.

Today was good. Proved we could:
-Win without Suarez (and scored 3 goals)
-Win against adversity on the road
-Score in the final 15 minutes
-Win a match when we looked like shite for at least 60 minutes. Something United/City do on a regular basis
How many days till the winter window? A goal-scoring wide player might give this team enough to really push for top 4. Never thought I'd say that this year, but it actually looks like a possibility. I'd be satisfied if we brought in an extra scorer and a forward to come off the bench in January. Push for a quality DM, AM and CF in the summer.

Oh, today was massive on all those fronts. I was so impressed with the resolve and fight they showed. THAT is what Liverpool teams of the past have been known for, and what we've been missing for so long. Couple that with the fact that it sits on top of an impressive climb of the table and we're sitting pretty right now. A lineup of snoozers in December should bring us full steam ahead into a January window that we desperately need.
Now lets just get at least 10 points from the rest of this month. The only realistic potential draw is Stoke away. Other than that we have a Fulham team that's an absolute train wreck right now, QPR sitting in the cellar, and Villa 2 points off of relegation.

We'll have Borini back in January, too... He would have been starting today for sure..

Sometimes I totally forget who that is and that we have him.

Jonjo letting him know the score...

And in that pic is he referencing West Ham's score or telling him that LFC has three goals and he needs to "jog off"

He's got potential to be a future captain. So much built up passion and emotion. Wish Stevie was similar in a few regards. He never was one to get in someone's face like Shelvey is. Shelvey is still a couple years off from being a regular in the XI though.

Idk with time and experience he can only get better and the more 1st team starts he gets the quicker that process becomes ... you almost have to find ways to get him involved with the big games ... same goes for sterling

Still remember last year, him yelling at Andy to "get in the fricking box!!"

So is this thread the longest in TD history? If not, it will be. We aren't even halfway done with the season..

yeah, we have about 100 pages on the gooners thread... Its hard to tell, but I think we have the most supporters on this forum with the new guys that have started posting this season... its kinda surprising, considering...

And just because I found this pic too ... I wanted to ask y'all how nice it would have been to have El Niño & El Pistolero together?
