Cazorla has set a high bar for himself with the quality he has showed so far this season, so I was a little disappointed in him. He often takes too many touches when he's in the box and looking for an opportunity to take a shot.
I couldn't agree more with a lot of the previous sentiment regarding Gervinho. He had a good turn on that goal but that's almost expected. However, he is a huge net negative on the buildup. His whole strategy of dribbling it into the backline in the box until running out of space didn't work against Man City and it didn't work against Chelsea, two of the top backlines in the league.
Mannone was awful on that free kick and needs to go back to being third string. Just a disgraceful effort on that goal.
It was a frustrating loss but there are some positives. Chelsea will certainly at least be Top 3 this year and Arsenal still could have won against them in spite of Diaby's injury and the whole team not really firing on all cylinders (Ramsey, Ox playing like shite as well). Arteta played very well.
Giroud seems like he's starting to progress and adjust a little bit better to the Premiership. I wouldn't mind seeing him get the nod against West Ham next week and move Podolski outside. Our wingers suck anyway.
