Do you have Windows 7? Windows Movie Maker is a very basic film editing program.
You want WMM 2.6, as it has a timeline (which makes things much easier) and is compatible with Win7

Maybe you could share the file with someone and they could insert arrows/circles to your position on the field.

he has footage of him on youtube right now but he needs someone who can put the red arrow or red circle on him showing him on the field

Check with the Fark Board. Some of those guys are good with editing video. If they know you are a Tiger they may be willing to help.
