On Sundays I like to make a big pot of something and eat that dish all week. Red beans was last week. Spaghetti the week before. Any suggestions? TIA and happy fathers day.

8lbs pork, 5lbs green onion sausage,3 pounds deboned chicken, 3 med. onions, 2 bell pepers,1 can of sliced mushrooms [if you want em] 1 can golden cream of mushroom soup, 1 bunch of green onions. brown sausage, pork, chicken then veg.s i do them 1 at a time. put it all back together cover with water and simmer add powder seasoning to taste cook until pork is tender. then add green onions and pasta a little at a time letting pasta get soft add more if still too moist. i always have a little gravy after its done because after you heat it up the leftovers it tends to dry out some.

I also like to do this. I will make pasta or beans often but have also made a Spanish Tortilla. This works for breakfast or lunch.
