You need to invest in a dvr. It was obvious on slow mo there was space between the foot and the bag.

I hate it but this. The ump should've yelled walk and he would've pulled up and stood up into second. I agree that was lazy on his part. I thought his strike zone was a bit inconsistent too. What killed us again was poor base running and poor decisions from the dugout. Stop stealing. We aren't good at it, the ground is wet and slow, and their catcher is a stud.

Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully our boys will show up and swing the bats. These SB dudes are well coached and they came to play but they are certainly very beatable. We just need some run support.

This is not the home plate umpires fault. Snickeris wasn't doing a straight steal he was in motion to prevent a double play. Snickeris should look in during his attempt to see if ball is hit. He overslid the bag also ( looked clear to me from 3rd base bleachers) which is his fault and not the umps. Watching the play live the 2nd base ump definitely only called him out after he came off the bag so regardless of a walk or not he made the right call. Don't slide past the bag and everything is good.
