I'm not sure of the penalties for other schools but for UF they are just the minimum. They punishment can be more severe if the coach chooses to do so.
Here come the Urban comments and that's fine.
I think the penalties for being dumb enough to smoke weed and jeopardize your future should be greater.

This is a whole other argument, but those penalties shouldn't be there in the first place. If it works for fricking cancer patients, how bad could it be? I know people on chemo that would kill themselves if they couldn't smoke afterwards.
