Devall was from Tennessee and had no connection to LSU.
Peters didn't get an offer.
Davis lied to LSU for about a year.
Landon Collins follow poon.

Since you probably LOVE Nick Saban.. did you know 6 of the top 10 players in Bama didn't sign with Bama?
3 of them went to Florida State.
Sometimes that happens.

Short and to the point.
If factual:
Why can't all posts be like this?

First of all, I merely pointed out the indisputable fact that the top four ranked players in the state of Louisiana per Rivals committed to schools other than LSU. None of the speculative pablum (read: dogshit excuses and rationalization) that you posted changes that immutable state of affairs. The top four players in the state of Louisiana did go elswhere. Period. Don't try to pretend that's acceptable. Just be a reasonable man and admit that losing the top four in-state recruits is never a desirable outcome.

Saban's class finished consensus number one in the nation. It's acceptable to lose in-state recruits if you are replacing them with even more coveted and highly regarded out-of-state recruits, like five star Landon Collins. Is that what happened at LSU? No. Did LSU replace Collins and Davis et al. with out of state five stars who were more highly touted? No. Did LSU finish with the consensus number one class, or even a consenus top five class? No. We weren't even in the Top 15 on Rivals.

Got damn. Some people are just incapable of setting aside their parochial hatred of Saban to see objective reality. F*cking morons.
